Lupa Roman Pizza and Pasta is a place where the rich tradition of Roman cuisine meets the modern taste. Our story is one of passion for creating our own delicious take on Roman-style pizzas and pastas. We take pride in using the finest ingredients and traditional methods to bring the true flavors of Rome to your table. All of our pizza doughs are made with a special sourdough formula from Italy.

Roman Tonda is a cross between Neapolitan and NY style pizzas - crispy crust with a low profile edge. Our version uses our signature 3-day sourdough crust.
House made lasagna pasta with our house made Bolognese sauce and bechamel - the way you see it in Rome.
Pasta-Rotolo is a classic Roman pasta dish which is actually a meatless lasagna roll. Made with house-made pasta and house-made sauce. A special dish, for sure.
